Boot Camp → Mondays at 12pm
Push your limits, break a sweat, and unleash your full potential in this high-intensity class! This class combines strength, endurance, and balance to help you build muscle, burn fat, and boost overall performance (both inside and outside the gym!).
This class is for all fitness levels, modification and progressions will always be given to help tailor this class to YOUR specific goals/wants!
This class requires a yoga mat and dumbbells!
Core Sculpt → Wednesdays at 9am
Get ready to fire up your core for this core sculpting class designed to strengthen your abs, obliques, and lower back. This class will help you build a rock-solid foundation for better posture, improved athletic performance, and total-body strength.
Modifications for all fitness levels—whether you're a beginner or a pro!
You don't need any equipment other than a yoga mat! (Dumbbells are optional but not required!)
Functional 40 → Fridays at 12pm
This class focuses on functional training to help you move and feel better. Functional training uses exercises that mimic everyday activities to help you move better both inside and outside the gym. This class will help improve form, increase core strength, and/or decrease aches and pains!
